Joseph returned to Narrative Research after completing his 8-month residency and finishing top of his class in the Dalhousie MBA program. With a concentration in enterprise analytics, he continues to develop his skills in survey design, coding, data analysis, and reporting. Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Joseph completed his BA with double majors in economics and psychology at Knox College, Illinois. Bringing valuable knowledge from working in the banking industry, he is passionate about generating helpful and actionable data insights for his clients. As a former national choir champion, Joseph dreams of one day performing on Broadway!
