Based in Newfoundland and Labrador, Rhoda has over 25 years’ experience in research and works with public sector, private sector, and not-for-profit clients, with a focus on public opinion assessment, customer satisfaction, employee opinion, and program and policy consultation. In addition to meeting clients’ needs through a wide array of custom research employing various methodologies, Rhoda is deeply involved in process improvement and integration of new technology. Rhoda has a Masters of Science in Applied Social Psychology from Memorial University, is a Certified Analytics and Insights Professional, and is a professionally trained moderator. Rhoda shares an office with her golden doodle, Tessa. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel.
