Lynne first joined the company in 2006 and has worked on a wide range of qualitative and quantitative projects within the public, private, and non-profit sectors on such topics as education, healthcare, accessibility, tourism, finance, housing, utilities, and transportation. Lynne has earned her designation as a certified marketing researcher and is a professionally trained qualitative moderator. She has published research papers on the topics of pharmaceutical marketing and Indigenous mental healthcare. Lynne has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Masters of Public Administration from Dalhousie University. While Lynne and her husband Andy love to travel, since welcoming two little ones, they often spend their free time at the pool or playground – and of course spending time with their four-legged ‘third child’ Maisie.
